Do I need any technical background to work with you?
No. We work with owners and managers across a range of sectors — accounting firms, specialist retailers, professional practices — and most of them come to us with very little prior exposure to AI tools. We explain things in plain terms and move at whatever pace feels comfortable.
What does the Appraisal Session actually look like?
We arrange a single working session — usually about two hours — where we talk through your daily routines, the tasks that take the most time, and the places where information moves slowly. After that, we prepare a short written summary with an honest opportunity map: what we think is worth exploring, what is not, and a rough sense of what each area would take to address. There is no commitment beyond the session itself.
How long does a Tailored Integration take?
The setup phase runs for roughly three weeks. During that time we configure the tools, test them against your real workflows, walk your team through how to use them, and then stay attentive for a further fortnight while the new routines settle in. If something needs adjusting, we handle it within that window.
What is included in the monthly retainer?
The retainer covers ongoing upkeep of the tools already in place, sensible adjustments as your needs change, weekday priority access for questions or small fixes, and a quarterly review where we go through how the tools are performing and whether anything warrants a closer look. It is reviewed quarterly, so there is a natural moment to reassess.
Which tools or platforms do you work with?
We are not tied to a single provider. The tools we recommend depend on what your business already uses and what your team will find sensible to work with. We tend to favour dependable, well-supported platforms over newer ones that carry more risk. During the Appraisal Session, we will note any preferences you already have and factor them in.
How is our business data handled?
We take data privacy seriously and work within Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act guidelines. During any engagement, we access only what is needed for the task, and we discuss data handling openly before any work begins. Any tools we configure are set up with appropriate access controls from the start.
